The General Assembly is presided by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors.

The General Assembly is mandated to:

• Discuss and approve or adjust the accounts and decide on the allocation and distribution of profits;

• Approve or disapprove the agreements referred to under article 21 of the present articles of association;

• Grant final discharge to the directors;

• Appoint or dismiss the auditor(s) and give them final discharge;

• Propose any adjustment to the articles of association;

• Ensure that the company applies the directives of the Head of State;

• Give the Board of Directors the necessary authorizations for any act that exceeds the powers attributed to said Board.
