When drawing up their budgets, the contracting authorities shall evaluate the total amount of supply contracts, by product categories, for service contracts by category of service and works contracts, which they intend to spend in the course of the year concerned, and draw up a procurement plan covering all such contracts, following a standard model set by the body responsible for regulating public procurement. Procurement plans are subject to revision.
